My thoughts circle a lot around the terms of experience, science, facts, truths and reality. So, here is my story in brief about this controversially discussed topic.
The mindsets connected with these words divide cultures and people, individuals and communities, in the same way as they unite us. All shades of alliances, and splits up to wars, in the micro-world of our closest environment to the macro-world of nations, are emerging from these innocent terms.
If facts were real and true, no discussions would be needed. Experiences freeze into facts by time. The fact production in our Western world is mainly in the hands of natural science. We all are familiar with the controversies about the methods in the run-up to a generally accepted unquestioned fact.

When we are discovering unknown lands, then facts that are the foundation for moving through our daily lives don't really help us. We have to open our eyes and truly perceive the world around us at this moment of time. Better we recall experiences which led us already once safely through dangerous situations. Preconceptions are rarely not helpful.
